What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Owning a computer with 64bit processor

3. ya

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error when running on 64bit

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  With
what Salesforce.com edition?

Did anybody find a way to get excel connector ee_1603 to appear on the ribbon
using win7 and excel 2010 64bit, install without error msg but just doesn't 
appear on the ribbon.

I have only been able to do Win7 Excel 32bit successfully.  My IT really hated 
me b/c I had to uninstall office to get an "old" version of excel.
