Merged the latest 0.6 source
Reworked the whole http code
Fixed some teerace related bugs
Client uses json-parser now

TODO:

Maybe use json-parser in the server as well
Merge new ghost code (better compression; converter for old ghost versions; can easily be used across teeworlds versions)
