feat[add]: created the 2nd file to work on #3

Add the last file: fear I'm supposed to work on. The only things left this is to continue adding information to the page as well as update the other file: anger, that I am supposed to work on. Added some small information to it as shown in the screenshot below Screenshot (836)

The changes should not cause any crashes unless otherwise and updates to both files will made every Friday from now on until the pages look clean and have all the information
