Add each plot to the body of report, and say something about each one, for example: For the mass plots something like: This plot shows the mass of the Z and the Higgs from the Pythia event record. We won't be using it in the MVA. Something about the width of each - read this:
http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/quantum/parlif.html
and add notes to report!
Just use all variables as input to the MVA for now. What MVA shall we use?? Work through the tutorials:http://scikit-learn.org/stable/tutorial/index.html
A tutorial on statistical-learning for scientific data processing
Lily to send example!
Meeting again on 27th April at 11am - will chat by email in the mean-time
