Add Methods to manage persistent data in GSM

• [ ] Convert GSM Algorithm from macros to a private functions that calculates times between messages using private members (parameters)
• [ ] Save pumpId and other parameters in EEPROM
  • Define an Eeprom struct containing the gsm parameters.
  • when initializing the gsm, initialize thr parameters from eeprom.
• [ ] Add remote function to set those parameters
  • add a method to be registered in the cloud
  • this function take a string parameter from the cloud.
  • this string parameter is used to intitalize eeprom struct.
