Test to see what happens (errors or crashing) when the Voltage Sensor is disconnected. Deadline: End of 2020W2

Tested with Voltage Sensor disconnected and VOLTAGE and ERTC set to true: -runs as expected -but receive nonsense values of voltage ~30
