Added Saml2Subject to AuthnRequest #1373

Should resolve #430

Configurable either by URL or by relayData (Owin)

Please let me know if this is the correct approach or if I'd need to add other options as well. This just works for my use case where I want to pass a SAML "login_hint" to Keycloak.

If everything looks good, I'll add some tests as well.

While this a feature that is appreciated, no new feature releases will be done to v2 (as stated on the readme), all efforts go into v3 (which is still at an early stage).
