Add customer support using Twilio SendGrid

Follow these steps to implement a customer support box in VolunteerME. If you have a better idea, go for it!

• [ ] Create a Floating Action Button. You can find an example here.
• [ ] Create a dialog box that will popup when a customer clicks on the FAB. Capture customer's name, email and description from the dialog box. See an example here.
• [ ] Goto Twilio Console, activate the needed APIs and get credentials. If you don't have a Twilio Account, create one here.
• [ ] Implement the API call and send the captured data to hello@volunteerme.lk.
