[Bug] Tachidesk is not able to restore manga and installed extensions in cateogories

• Tachidesk version: (Example: v0.2.3-r255-win32) - Tachidesk-v0.4.3-r670-win32.zip
• Server Operating System: (Example: Ubuntu 20.04) - Windows 10 x64
• Server Desktop Environment: N/A or (Example: Gnome 40) - N/A
• Server JVM version: bundled with win32 or (Example: Java 8 Update 281 or OpenJDK 8u281)- OpenJDK 8u281
• Client Operating System: Windows 10 x64
• Client Web Browser: (Example: Google Chrome 89.0.4389.82) Firefox 89.0.2 64 bit

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a backup .json file
2. Remove tachidesk completely from ur pc and delete the %localappdata%/Tachidesk folder
3. Then download tachidesk again and click on restore legacy backup from backup ans select the .json file
4. The go to library. U will able to see the library categories but u will not be able to see the installed extensions and manga which was earlier added to the library.

   Expected behavior

   I was expecting that all the extension and manga will be restored.

Actual behavior

It didn't happen. Only library categories was restored. But the extensions and mangas was not restored.
