[Feature Request] add Browser Launcher back #869

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

In the old version of Suwayomi, when I double click the Tachidesk Browser Launcher.bat file, it went straight into the webpage "http://127.0.0.1:4567/".

Now when I double click the Suwayomi Launcher it shows this everytime, I wanna skip this configration page, is there anyway to make that happen?

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

Maybe people don't have to see the configration page everytime they try to open Suwayomi.
