[Feature Request] Feed tabs that interact with the saved search options on filters #755

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

It's a feature from SY.

Here you choose the source that you want the feed from image

Then you choose which of the saved search options you want to use image

And then it shows the first 20 entries that appear when you search for the saved search option, along with a way to directly open the saved search option in the source itself. image

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

Easy way to see stuff being updated on the source itself, or added.
