[Bug] WebUI has a seizure when I open it. #758

Suwayomi-WebUI version: r1411
Suwayomi-Server version: v1.0.0
Server Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 23H2
Server Desktop Environment: N/A
Server JVM version: Version 8 Update 391
Client Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 23H2
Client Web Browser: Brave Version 1.65.133

Steps to reproduce

Have 2560 x 1080 resolution at 100% scale
Open Brave Browser with bookmark toolbar on
open the WebUi

Expected behavior

Shouldn't spaz out.

Actual behavior

It spazzes out. Goes full Michael J Fox.

It's actually much faster than the video shows

this is caused by a used dependency, related bug issue https://github.com/petyosi/react-virtuoso/issues/1086

fixed (workaround) with d21521625b71129f38291e1ff6aa918994c3b148
