Allow disabling left/right swipes to go to the next chapter #301

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am reading in continuous mode and therefore have my finger on the device quite a bit. When you do not swipe up/down correctly(e.g. because you are reading sideways on the sofa), it can happen that it gets recognized as left/right swipe instead and it switches to the next/previous chapter. If you go back/forward to the chapter you were just reading, it is starting at the top again and you have to scroll down.

Describe the solution you'd like A configuration option to disable the left/right swipe.

Describe alternatives you've considered Changing the left/right swipe detection to require large movements from left to right and vice versa.

We already have a toggle to disable it.

Ah, then maybe it makes sense to add it to the settings also, when you are on a chapter? I looked in the settings, while having a chapter open and there it is not shown, because it only shows part of the settings.
