Search by author name #306

Just like you can search by tapping (clicking) a manga title, it would be convenient if you could also search by author name.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I used this feature a lot in Mihon/Tachiyomi, and now that I've migrated I'm a bit stuck.

Describe the solution you'd like As mentioned above, please refer to the image below.

Describe alternatives you've considered Entering it by hand (this is tedious and prone to typing errors)

PS If you add this feature, you may want to make the author name display a little larger.

It would be useful (at least for me) if tag search was implemented as well. (It may not be correct to add it in this way)

Also, I personally find local search more useful than global search. In Mihon, the local search is displayed first and then you can perform a global search from there.
