Adds necessary environment variable to enable autodownload #45

I simply added the necessary environment variables to enable autodownload inside docker.

The new variable AUTODOWNLOAD_NEW_CHAPTERS is by default to false

I ended up adding all the new settings to #46, thanks for reminding me to do it all 😄
