Use CULA Sparse #22

CULA Sparse is an alternative to CUSP. Its S3 version is installed on cuda820 
machine at /usr/local/culasparse. Its GMRES solver should be compared with that 
of CUSP.

CG solver of CULA Sparse can now be used with the Poisson solver. Its GMRES 
solver is also tried for the N-S solver and it works, but it is not yet pushed 
to the repository.

Initial tests showed that CULA Sparse's performance is not as good as that of 
CUSP.
