This joke is incredibly transphobic and contributes to non-binary erasure and the risk of death by suicide of trans people. It should be removed or at the very least have nsfw and political added to the tags. It should also not appear in safe-mode, which it currently does.

Hi, the joke already has the sexist flag set, which is currently the closest the API has for transphobic jokes.
Also as you can see here, it shouldn't show up when using safe mode: https://jokeapi.dev/joke/Any?idRange=47&safe-mode

I know it's a hurtful joke but it can definitely be filtered out, plus serving dark and edgy jokes is something that set my API apart from others from the beginning.
If that's not your cup of tea, that's alright, but I would like to not compromise on that front if possible, while also allowing people to block that humor out if they want to (which you can do with the blacklistFlags or safe-mode parameters).
