Provide builds in Releases #1

Hi, it would be cool if you could provide builds for this project in "Releases" for those who can't built it (I can't build 32-bit libraries because Arch is missing up-to-date lib32-libxnvctrl) and for potential integration into Lutris/winetricks. Of course, only if it's possible, as it the builds may be specific to a certain driver version.

@tannisroot Sorry for the extremely late reply!

I must have missed a mail somewhere about this. Ill see what i can do, and i dont really think its very driver dependent if you have a fairly recent driver... however i do not know what will happen when you run a 32-bit wine app with missing libxnvctrl :)

PS. Have no means of really testing this on other hardware than what i have done on my GTX970 and now RTX2070.
