The voc folder is currently empty (has only a README); refers to missing subfoder docs and uses backward slashes (should be forward).

What is the purpose of this folder, since we have rdfs-improved/CGMES(-NC)?/(ttl|jsonld) ? Maybe this belongs to Spec4CIM?
