cim:RotationSpeed has unit "Hz". I wonder how to map it to QUDT

quantitykind:Frequency, unit:HZ, or
quantitykind:AngularVelocity unit:REV-PER-SEC. I think this fits better. Then we have to generate cim:UnitSymbol.Hz skos:narrower unit:REV-PER-SEC
