generic identifiers (cim:Name)

We would remove eu namespace. eu:IdentifiedObject.energyIdentCodeEic -> cim:Name.name and cim:Name.kind = eIC

We did something similar in the euBusinessGraph project (Identifier, IdentifierSystem). Some suggestions:

• you can use adms:Identifier. "name" is represented as skos:notation and authority as dct:creator
• the unique* characteristics imho belong into NameType. Can you give examples where these vary per identifier?
• Name.name is the same field as Identity.identifier, right? Can you change a field name when making a subclass?
• You may also want to record dates: issued (created) and expired. This is relevant to company IDs, don't know how relevant it is for electricity.
