Investigate the possibility to JSON-LD as an alternative serialization format to CIMXML, IEC 61970-552, that can for the start of the development of IEC 61970-553 that describe how JSON-LD should be used for exchanging RDFS based profiles (IEC 61970-450-series and IEC 61968-13).

Thanks for the link to the latest editor. I assume that https://json-ld.org/playground/ is continuously being updated with the latest draft. By including this link for validation, would we not indirectly point to the latest edition.
