Updated constructor description and functionality of Articulated_Pos. Please merge https://github.com/Sven-Schepp/SaRA/pull/3 first.

@Sven-Schepp please check dependencies on the constructor in your ROS package and examples.

The ROS package depends on a copy of ReachLib within the package. It is not immediately affected by changes to ReachLib unless those changes are copied over. The version of ReachLib used by ROS should be updated. However this is not an urgent matter until significant updates have been applied to ReachLib.
