We've already discussed this one; I'm just posting these bugs to make sure they are available for tracking (and marking off when complete)

I want to further detail and discuss features for this.
What I envision for this to have:
Having custom models and/or animations is rather negligible at this point in my opinion. That's something to add later.
To be on the somewhat not totally terrible side of performance, I actually don't want to run any JavaScript code per tick, at least not by default.

Create a basic tile entity that can have a number of inputs and a number of outputs, as well as a fuel slot and/or support for external power systems. The speed of processing should be adjustable for the each of the machine's recipes.
