This issue is created to keep track of this. I only see two potential solutions, both which are out of my control:
It is solved upstream (Manjaro ARM supports this feature again in the main kernel). In this case, the solution should automagically propagate to Arch Linux ARM for Pinebook Pro. Needless to say that this has my preference.
An alternative kernel with the required patches is offered somewhere else. I will consider adding the kernel as a separate package to Arch Linux ARM for Pinebook Pro if it is well supported (i.e. it follows upstream in a reasonable time). So far, I tested megous kernel (both the 5.19 and 6.0 branches), but it fails to boot or does not show anything on the Pinebook Pro's display. More testing might be necessary, starting with the provided pre-built kernel images.
Newer Manjaro ARM kernels do not support USB-C video output. Look here for more information. In particular, this is the merge request that removed the feature and this is a closed issue for Manjaro ARM.
