Bug in referencing external file after update of hyperref #15

After the recent update of the hyperref package, when referencing a label from an external file, the reference also prints the file name.

Example: I have \label{sec:Intro} in main.tex (printed as "Section I" in main.pdf). I have a supplementary.tex that uses xr-hyper and I use \cref{sec:Intro} in this file. Instead of printing just "Section I", it now prints as "Section Imain.pdf".

This is not an issue of the current package but actually due to the outdated mechanism of cleveref. See this answer on TeX.SX.
