[Feature] Option to Vertically Center ItemsView #6

Could a configuration be added to potentially center ItemsView? Would help when an app doesn't have too many new features but still want to look good :)

This feature will be implemented for the next release of WhatsNewKit and will be implemented in a separate feature branch center-ItemsView.

This wasn't my idea, but still a great addition!

My idea was centering items vertically, not horizontally. When you don't have a lot of items, the screen can look empty on the bottom. I can post a screenshot if you still don't follow.
