Implement others user profile

Currently, it is not possible to click on another person's user profile to display their information and contact them via social media. The task aims to change that by creating a screen to display the user profile of other people. Precisely, this means :

• Implement UI of the screen
• Add user (member) card on association
• Add link to users card to the screen
