refactor(User): refactor the user data class.

I refactored the user data class for the following reason :

• For the user ceation screen, we ask more information about the user such as his first and last name, biography, interests, socials and profile picture. Therefore the user data class must be modified to account for these changes.

This pull request includes:

• The new user data class, with some other data classes such as Interest and Social.
• The tests that have been modified to account for the different structure of the data class
