a Tri-ger must be able to host a Tri+ger and vice versa. Tri+ger must understand the configuration jumpers on the back of the board as well. This issue will track efforts to do that.

[x] reset (1 LOW pulse), play (2 LOW pulses)

[x] tempo dial

tempo cv I believe is added to tempo knob for daisy chain transfer. I confirmed that the lines between signals are ground. I'm updating the Wiki accordingly.
