Implementing a photocontest feature

I would like to introduce a Photo Contest Feature in the FeatherPerfect SITE that allows users to participate in regular wildlife photography contests. Users can submit their photos based on a specific theme, and the community can vote for their favorites. The feature will include contest guidelines, submission processes, and recognition for winner

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a dedicated contest page accessible from the main navigation.
2. Implement a submission form where users can upload their photos, add titles and descriptions, and select relevant hashtags.
3. Set up a voting mechanism for users to vote on submitted photos after the contest deadline.
4. Establish a clear set of contest rules and guidelines visible on the contest page.
5. Design a notification system to remind users about upcoming contests and submission deadlines.

Expected Behavior:

• Users can easily navigate to the contest page and view current and upcoming contests.
• Users should be able to submit their photos successfully, along with titles and descriptions.
• The voting process should allow users to view submissions and vote without issues.
• Winners should be recognized with badges, and winning photos should be featured prominently within the app.

• This feature aims to enhance user engagement by encouraging participation and showcasing user creativity.
