need timezone in output of "flow-header" command #2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Fields "capture start" and "capture end" show date and time, but without
any timezone.  This makes it hard to use their output for other purposes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.68.2-rc2, NetBSD 3.1.

Please provide any additional information below.

oops, that file I uploaded was the patch against 0.68, please ignore it.
