Create line from location to point of interest on the map on click #579
As suggested try to create a line from entered location to point of interest on click (if that is possible) also try to adjust zoom level of the map on events (zoom 'far' out when entering location, and zoom 'close' in when clicking on point of interest - but also watch out for the above said line on the map...)
