change name of folder *install* #308

a lot of people mix it up or get confused cause:
*install* 
is the name of a Folder
and *Install* is the name of a Servlet and they are confused cause they
cannot use *install*

i should rename the folder install and change necessary stuff and add
another servlet-mapping sothat it doesn't matter if you type Install or
install...
