add screencasts to documentation

this would be quite useful for us to make it much easier to
run/build/compile et cetera.

I also requested google-support to allow youtube videos embeded directly.
But i can also add a link to it in the wiki.

There are Freeware tools available to make screencasts on windows:

for Linux i am sure there are also Freeware Screen-Recorders.

this is quite important i think cause it makes it easier for people to
participate.
