Request a resizeable video-window

Request: 
  When user enter OpenMeetings,they can resize the video-windows to a 
bigger size as they want by drag the border of the video-window.Also they 
can set it back to the default size. 
Reason: 
  Because the desktop viewer app cost a lot of band-width and there are a 
lot of virtual-video app can do the same thing as desktop viewer via the 
video-windows.This kind of "desktop share" cost little band-width. 
 So if user can resize the video-windows,they can fit the speaker's 
virtual-video-windows to get the same purpose of desktop-share.
