add SwaprV3 liquidity integration

This PR adds Swapr V3 liquidity support in eco-router.

Which brings concentrated liquidity to gnosis. 🥳 This is the first step.

Caveat There is no support for multihop routes yet, only direct routes work.

Will update in a new PR and reference it in the future.
