Hi

Thanks for prompt answers. I had another request to make. Can u please provide stereoscope script as i cudn't find it in the repo. Also if u can provide this file: temp_path <- "/share/ScratchGeneral/sunwu/projects/MINI_ATLAS_PROJECT/spatial/Garvan_PhaseII_spaceranger_loupe_annotations/"
