First of all, congratulations for the excellent work on this extension.

I was just wondering when the events and the day mode will be friends...

Actually, when changing to the day mode, the events gets all grouped in the top of the view. Even when the event got start and end times...

I have just recently updated the extension to allow events to be shown in the day view - hopefully not too late for you! :)
