two dividers are showing up because the litterfallQueryView seems to be partially rendering twice #97

so while this is annoying for us, the user might not notice... either place that it renders an extra divider makes sense in some way, and it is not messing anything else up. so, I'm putting this on a back burner for now.

the issue was with backbone history, as related to issue #69 and the commit e33fdd4... was what actually created the double divider issue.

if you comment out the catch part commit e33fdd4... it works in chrome, but then nothing loads in firefox. so since the function is not affected by the double divider, we are keeping it as a won't fix.
