Update plugin version Update CI workflow by removing Travis CI implementation in favor of GitHub Actions CI. It fixes some bugs relating to open-lms-open-source/moodle-plugin-ci since in this PR, open-lms-open-source/moodle-plugin-ci is replaced with the more recent moodlehq/moodle-plugin-ci
