[ ] Facility for adding tiers (mainly interval, but also point).
[ ] Facility for adding intervals (and points) in a tier.
[ ] Facility for adjusting intervals.
[ ] Facility for changing name ("mark") of intervals.
[ ] Maybe some "locking" mechanism to avoid accidental changes.
