A little modification to #35. Entire list of desired arrow key shortcuts:

Shift
All of these should update the view as necessary.

Command-←/→: navigate between intervals on selected tier (i.e., change selected interval to the one left or right).Command-↑/↓: navigate between tiers (i.e., change selected interval to one in a tier up or down).Shift-←/→: pan view left/right.←/→: change to adjacent frame, regardless of currently selected tier.All of these should update the view as necessary.
