All frames are selectable -- the frame numbers in the file names begin counting at 0, and the frame numbers in the app begin at 1. Would you like me to change one or the other, to make them consistent?

Probably a good idea to change them to be consistent. Let's start all the frames at 1. (Though double check first that this is how DICOM does it?)
