If you switch from a file not loaded to one already loaded, the "load dicom" button disappears.

Now has expected behavior, which is that "Load DICOM" button appears for DICOM files that have not been loaded and disappears when DICOM has been. Closed by 9204463e2b72ce4b7f068c297f74dcd851b783df
