As each frame appears its traces should also appear.

Turns out drawing the traces onto the image files while the playback module is loading them isn't as slow as I was afraid it would be (I can perceive a slight slowdown but only because I've been watching the same playback for the last hour). Works on Linux and Mac.

I only get playback of traces when the first frame of a selection isn't traced. Otherwise, the first trace in the range stays put throughout playback.
