Use PlantUML server #16

To speed up diagram conversions, it might be a good idea to investigate how to boot up the PlantUML server within Jekyll instead of executing Java every time PlantUML is invoked for a conversion.

jekyll-plantuml-url uses the PlanUML server but does't markdown
