Skill Tree Sounds Play for all Players #25

In multiplayer, doing anything on the skill tree plays the sound for all players on the server.

Is it playing when the player is very far away, or only when in close proximity?

Seems to be only close proximity. I don't think this is an issue, but if it's causing a genuine problem please let me know.
