User Story: As a user, I should be able to create a report so that for any defect I can report it into the Cytoscape Defect Reporting System.

AC_01: Given the access of the system, when issues or defects occurs, then system should allow me to report the defect to the Cytoscape Defect Reporting System.

Related Req: REQ 1.6 - The system shall allow the user to report a defect into Cytoscape Defect Reporting System

This is now done. Please see example auto generated ticket with: 1- Summary containing user environment and tester Name 2- Tester feedback in ticket description 3- Test results log attached
