Media Viewers add-on.

As per 
https://groups.google.com/d/topic/mozilla.dev.pdf-js/83mdVt7tXE4/discussion, 
the pdf.js viewer.js reference implementation supports annotations added to PDF 
files, e.g. using PDF Expert or similar mobile apps.

We should include this support in the Media Viewers viewer.
